All due consideration will be given by the Trust to complete and correct grant applications.

All applications must comply with all of the conditions printed on the information sheet provided, the Gambling Act 2003 and its regulations. They must also comply with the Trust’s policies.

The Trust always reserves the right to decline any application that does not comply with the above conditions or where there is insufficient funding available.

Any complaints regarding the distribution of funding should be made in writing and addressed to the Horowhenua Community Trust, PO Box 643, Levin. All complaints will be responded to after being discussed at the next Trust meeting.

You are advised to read all the information on the application form and accompanying information pages before applying, submition of a completed form acknowlegdes that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms of the application and the terms of the aforementioned parties.
