The Horowhenua Community Trust
Criteria. Any applications for funding are required to fall into one of the following four categories.
In addition, any application must benefit the New Zealand Community. The Trust endeavours to meet on a fortnightly basis and must distribute the money in accordance with the Authorised Purpose of the Trust as approved by the Department of Internal Affairs.
